Our Moto

We believe that education is an awakening call rather than transference of knowledge. Our Motto “Virtue and Knowledge” does not just refer to academic excellence but to human excellence wherein every child will excel in whatever he/she is engaged in.

Our aim is to provide an Integral Formation to our pupils preparing them for their future life, and conscientizing them for their vital role, in the life of the society.

Mariam Nilaya Nursery and Primary School was started in May 1975 with 15 students and the High School in May 1989. The First Batch of 46 students appeared for S.S.L.0 in March 1992. Today it has grown into a full-fledged High School.

While preparing the students for the Examinations, we endeavour to develop their intellectual, moral, spiritual, physical, social and cultural potentialities, helping them to grow into integrated persons with self esteem and positive values in life. We strive to expand the children’s mental horizons by strengthening inter cultural experiences and an awareness of social justice. We inculcate in our student’s eco-spirituality, which is an extension of the respect for God’s creation in everyone and everything.
